The obstetric performance of 103 primigravidas, aged from 14 years to 19 years delivered in the Seoul Central City Hospital. was studied. There was increase of anemia, preclanrnpsia eclmpsia and postpartum hemarrhage comman in this group. This bod obstertic performance was probobly not a chived by good a ntenatal care. These findings suggest that the unwed pregnant teen-age girl posses limited sex knowledge. This study further suggest that lacla of proper sex education, early dating and lacls of parental supervision are sighnificant factors in the causation of unwed pregnancy In view of our findings the inportant of such related factors as brobaen homes, psychiatirc illness in unved pregnancy should be reviewed.
